DCL Pet of the Week: Meet Julie

DCL Pet of the Week: Meet Julie Humane Society of West Alabama
This most interesting looking dog is Julie, and she's this week's Humane Society of West Alabama's Pet of the Week.
Julie is a 1-year-old female lab/terrier mix. We say "interesting" because she has a partially black smooth coat and "saddlebags" of brown tufted hair! We have no idea where that is coming from! Her nickname is Brownie. Julie is a medium-sized dog weighing 23 pounds and this is full grown. She has a cute, bobbed tail.

She is a sweet, friendly dog. She can be cautious, though, until she learns her environment! Julie is playful and seems to get along well with other dogs. She has some energy but should be fine in an apartment as long as she gets daily walks. Julie will require a fenced-in yard if left outside any unattended.
She should be a good dog with children ages 8 and up. She has started on her crate training. Julie is up to date on her vet care, spayed, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention.

Julie has it all: one of a kind looks with a great personality, what more could you want?!?!
