COVID-19 in Tuscaloosa: Case Confirmed in Tuscaloosa County DA’s Office

An employee in the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney’s office has tested positive for COVID-19. The office worked with Dr. Permasetty to get all employees who might’ve been exposed tested. They are now self-quarantining, according to DA Hayes Webb.

Webb said in a news interview that the employee had a low fever and a mild cough, so they got her tested. The results were positive. The worker had not been at work since she went home last Monday.
