Now in its 12th year, the collaborative art show features original works by students with autism.
“This event is crucial in not only fundraising efforts, but in bringing attention to this innovative program,” said Jan Sikes, Executive Director. “Arts ‘n Autism offers after school, summer and vocational programs for individuals with autism, a morning program for ages 2 to 4, and the LIFEE program for young adults who seek vocational and independent life skills.”
The evening will include a silent auction of works by student and regional artists and a raffle. The Vulcan Eejits will perform live music, Sweet Home Food Bar will prepare hors d’oeuvres, and a wine bar will be featured.
Tickets for the event are $10 for individuals, and $15 per couple. Tickets may be purchased by calling (205) 247-4990, or by stopping by the office at 2625 8th Street in Tuscaloosa. Tickets may also be purchased at the door the night of the event.
