PARA and 301 Calling Local Artists for Tuskaloosa Oktoberfest

Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority and 301 Bistro will host the first Tuskaloosa Oktoberfest on October 6 from noon-6 p.m. located at 301 Greensboro Avenue in downtown Tuscaloosa.

The Bavarian style festival is a fundraiser to benefit the Tuscaloosa All-Inclusive Playground. Activities will include an authentic Oompah style band, Dachshund Dash, beer stein hoist competition, selfie stations, typical German style food and beverages and more.

A special element of the festivities are local arts and artisans booths featuring local (Tuscaloosa County) wares for sale. There is a $50 artist booth fee and details are available by visiting tcpara.org/oktoberfest and clicking on the artist application button. Artist booth spaces are limited and the deadline is October 1. More details are available by contacting Becky Booker at This email address is being protected from spambots.
